Criminal Defense

No matter what crime the authorities think you have committed, they work twenty-four hours a day to build a case against you. In most cases the prosecution has the full resources of the state or federal government at its disposal.  It is therefore critical that you immediately and aggressively begin building a case in your own defense. The first step is to engage the services of competent and experienced counsel.

James Cipoletta represents clients accused of crimes in all state and federal courts. Whether you are accused in federal court of such offenses as drug trafficking and organized crime activities or in state court of crimes of violence or drunk driving, we can expertly and aggressively undertake your representation.
